Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Nixbird is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Nixbird and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nixbird is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
